Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. In Estonia, IOM supports migrants through a variety of resettlement, support and protection activities.

The beneficiary is a professional Artist, whose works were very popular among people valuing arts. Due to life changing situations he had to return to Russian Federation after living many years in Estonia. Upon return, she decided to use the Reintegration support from IOM to purchase professional equipment and materials (fabric, accessories, etc.). She got a job as a Batik Teacher at the Art school and can use the purchased materials and equipment during her classes which was one of the requirements from the school. She has many students attending her classes.
