What are the needs, challenges and intentions of displaced Ukrainians living in Estonia?
IOM surveyed 2382 Ukrainian refugees in Estonia and found out that

Refugees’ top needs are language courses (32%), financial support (27%), employment (25%) and health services (20%)

Top inclusion challenges are language barrier (42%), employment (33%), housing (21%) and financial issues (13%)

88% have no intention to move soon

58% are currently employed
