What are the needs, challenges and intentions of displaced Ukrainians living in Estonia? 

IOM surveyed 2382 Ukrainian refugees in Estonia and found out that 

• Refugees’ top needs are language courses (32%), financial support (27%), employment (25%) and health services (20%) 

• Top inclusion challenges are language barrier (42%), employment (33%), housing (21%) and financial issues (13%) 

• 88% have no intention to move soon 

• 58% are currently employed
